Matt Canavan is the Managing Partner of InfoTank and has spent more than 25 years helping businesses use technology to operate more efficiently, securely, and strategically. After graduating from The Citadel and serving as a Communications Officer in the United States Air Force, Matt combined his leadership experience with his passion for technology to build InfoTank into one of Metro Atlanta’s most trusted managed IT service providers. For the past 25 years, InfoTank has been dedicated to delivering responsive, proactive IT support that helps small and mid-sized businesses reduce risk, improve productivity, and confidently embrace new technology.

As Managing Partner, Matt works closely with business owners and organizational leaders to ensure technology aligns with long-term business objectives rather than becoming a source of frustration. He believes every organization deserves a technology partner that is responsive, accountable, and genuinely invested in its success. Under his leadership, InfoTank has earned a reputation for building long-term client relationships through exceptional service, practical cybersecurity guidance, and strategic technology planning. Throughout his career, Matt has helped organizations across a wide range of industries navigate cybersecurity challenges, cloud migrations, business continuity planning, Microsoft 365 deployments, infrastructure modernization, and managed IT services. Matt is an active member of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce and believes strongly in supporting the local business community that InfoTank has served for more than two decades. He and his wife have two children and proudly call Marietta home. When he’s not helping clients solve complex technology challenges, you’ll often find him hiking Kennesaw Mountain, volunteering at North Metro Church, or spending time with his family.
