End-User License Agreement — InfoTank Invoice Classifier

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the InfoTank Invoice Classifier (“the App”) by authorized staff of Defender Technology, LLC (d/b/a InfoTank) (“InfoTank,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose and scope

The App is an internal business tool built for InfoTank’s own use, to review and prepare InfoTank’s own client invoices in QuickBooks Online before they are sent. It is not a public product, is not licensed or offered to any party outside InfoTank, and is not available on any app marketplace.

2. Authorized use

Access to the App is limited to InfoTank staff members explicitly authorized by InfoTank, authenticated through InfoTank’s Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant. Use of the App is limited to InfoTank’s own legitimate business purposes. Sharing login access, attempting to access QuickBooks companies other than InfoTank’s own through the App, or using the App outside the scope of your role at InfoTank is not permitted.

3. Human approval required

The App never writes changes to QuickBooks automatically. All proposed changes — including any AI-generated suggestions — require explicit review and approval by an authorized staff member before anything is written to QuickBooks.

4. No warranty

The App is provided “as is,” for internal use, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. InfoTank does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all classification, calculation, or AI-generated suggestions will be accurate — all such output is subject to human review before it affects any client invoice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfoTank and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

6. Ownership

The App, including its source code and configuration, is the property of InfoTank. This Agreement grants no ownership rights to any user.

7. Termination

InfoTank may revoke access to the App for any staff member at any time, including by removing them from the authorized-user allowlist.

8. Changes to this Agreement

InfoTank may update this Agreement from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
